This house is destined for the real estate market, so while designing this house, we had to imagine the future users of this home. We asked ourselves questions: What kind of lifestyles would they have? Would they prefer spaces that are more introspective or one that is more open to the outdoors? Do they like to entertain or value privacy? We did not want to over-design the spaces and imprint a personality that was ours. We had to design a house that could be a future home for all.
